Spicy potato curry


In a tava, add the oil and seeds till they sputter. Add the onions, tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Fry for 1 min. Add the potatoes and the rest of the ingredients. Add water and cook till the potatoes are cooked and the dish is dry. Spicy potato curry is ready to be eaten with Pattu Basmati Rice or Pattu Roti Parata.


  • 4 potatoes
  • 1tbl Pattu Meat Curry Powder
  • 1tsp Pattu Hildi Powder
  • 1tsp Pattu Turmeric Powder
  • 1tbl Pattu Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1onion
  • 1/2 tomatoe
  • 1 tbl dry methi leaves
  • 1tsp Pattu Mustard Seeds
  • Oil for frying
